We left Malaysia with a bitter taste as the 2nd place in Thailand made us dream. We left Australia hoping for a top five finish and after Thailand we were craving another podium. It makes you think, desires can change in a blink of an eye.<\/strong> Getting used to \u201cBusiness class\u201d it\u2019s too easy. There\u2019s not limit to the best.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Farioli<\/strong> started the weekend with a crash caused by Munoz, that made him miss a practice session and led to an uncoloured race.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Barcelona was chosen as the finale for this year\u2019s MotoGP World Championship, the first time in many years, that Valencia will not declare the decisive \u201cThe End\u201d<\/strong>. Unfortunately, it was brought to its knees by the bad weather, which unleashed as much rain as typically falls in a year.
\nI wallowed in the words written by one of our sponsors after this bitter GP, which speaks to my heart and that of those who were with us in 2011, so long ago. May it serve as a motivation for us to always give our best and never give up.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThis season spent with you has been emotional, interesting, and intense. Seeing you at work with the young riders, the visitors, and the audience is impressive. It was particularly exciting to see how Marco is still present in everything that happens.<\/strong> You always have the feeling he could pop out from behind the box at any moment. His presence is strong and palpable.
\nMarco is one of the people who has left a significant impact on my life because he shines with a very strong light of his own.<\/strong> He is one of the angels on this earth whose purpose is to inspire others to be better, more optimistic, and positive. By always giving his best, he became a fantastic example to follow. What could be more beautiful than this? However, it is often associated to immense sacrifices and efforts. The absence of Marco must be truly immense. I didn\u2019t have the honour of meeting him in person, but this year I had the opportunity to appreciate his strong influence through the moments shared with you.<\/strong>
\nThis year highlighted your ability to guide the improvement of a young rider like Luca, providing him with the foundation he needed. <\/strong>So, dear Paolo, thank you again for giving me and us this opportunity and honour.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

In the end\u2026or almost in the end, we are happy that we have managed to guide a strong young rider who has just arrived in the World Championship. On the other hand, I\u2019m sad that we were not able to achieve the goal with both riders. But where there is no willingness to listen, there is no possibility for improvement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
